CSL is looking for an experienced, outgoing, and meticulous individual to help manage our community. The Community Manager will act as the public face of the organization, be responsible for managing a team of community coordinators and campus ambassadors, and help keep our community growing and engaged.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of community coordinators and campus ambassadors
  • Create competition structure and rules for all CSL leagues and tournaments
  • Plan and execute community initiatives to help grow CSL's presence on campus and with esports clubs
  • Work with local organizers to plan live on-campus events that take place throughout the year
  • Communicate daily with esports club leaders on campus
  • Maintain an active database of collegiate gaming clubs
  • Actively manage CSL's discord server
  • Handle outbound communications between CSL and collegiate clubs
  • Execute against marketing and other initiatives as directed by the COO
  • Attend live events as a CSL representative

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience in community management in esports
  • Leadership position in a collegiate esports club required
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficiency in excel or google sheets
  • Personable and comfortable interacting with crowds
  • Ability to work in the United States

  • This job is located in Los Angeles

Compensation:

  • This is a full time position with compensation based on experience
